Booking & Deposits

Booking online is the fastest way to reserve a chair — you'll see real-time openings with each stylist, and the salon confirms by text.

Balayage and highlight appointments take a deposit by Zelle, Venmo, or card to hold the time. Deposits are nonrefundable but apply to your service.

Cancellations & Reschedules

Life happens — we just ask for as much notice as you can give.

Canceling with less than 48 hours' notice is charged 50% of the service. Less than 24 hours, or a no-show, is charged the full service.

Consultations & Color

Every appointment starts with a quick consultation. Color is custom — your formula is mixed for your hair, your history, and your goal — so balayage, highlights, and color correction are priced in person.

Big changes (going much lighter, or color correction) may take more than one session for the healthiest result. We'll always tell you what's realistic before we begin.

Bridal & Events

Every bride starts with a consultation and a trial, so nothing on the wedding day is a surprise.

Wedding parties can get ready together right here at the salon — hair and makeup by Manijeh and the team. Reach out with your date and party size and we'll build a timeline.

Payment

We accept Zelle, cash, Apple Pay, debit, and major credit cards. Gift certificates are available and make a lovely gift.
