Welcome to the website of House of Excellence 201 (House of Excellence Hair Salon). By using this website you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

This website provides information about our salon and a way to reach us and book appointments. Our hair and beauty services are performed in person at our salon in Bogota, New Jersey. Booking a request through the site is not confirmed until you receive confirmation from the salon.

Appointments booked through this site are subject to our salon policies, including deposits for color services and our cancellation window. Please review our Policies page for the full details before you book.

In short: some color appointments require a nonrefundable deposit, and canceling with less than 48 hours' notice is charged 50% of the service, while less than 24 hours' notice, or a no-show, is charged the full service.

Prices shown on this website are starting points and may change. Custom color work — including balayage, highlights, and color correction — is priced in person after a consultation, because it depends on your hair. The price you are quoted at your appointment is the price that applies.

When you submit our contact form or book an appointment, you agree that we may contact you in response using the details you provide. Please don't send us sensitive information (such as financial or health details) through the contact form.

The text, photographs, logo, and design of this website belong to House of Excellence 201 or its creators and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse them without our written permission.

Our booking is powered by DaySmart and our map by Google. When you use those features you are also subject to those companies' terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

This website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. Hair and beauty results vary from person to person, and information on this site is general and not a guarantee of any particular result. If you have allergies or sensitivities, tell your stylist before your service so we can plan a patch test where appropriate.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, House of Excellence 201 is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot legally be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
